Programme Summary

The National Service Programme is designed to provide graduates with practical exposure to manufacturing operations, professional mentorship, and career development opportunities across various functional departments. Successful applicants will contribute to meaningful projects while developing technical and professional competencies in their chosen field.

Available Departments & Academic Requirements

  • Operations: BSc/BA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or a related field.

  • Finance: BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Quality Assurance: BSc in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.

  • Production: BSc in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.

  • Maintenance: BSc/HND in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Welding and Fabrication, or a related engineering discipline.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the assigned department, National Service Personnel will:

  • Support daily departmental operations and assigned projects.

  • Assist with data collection, reporting, and documentation.

  • Participate in quality improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental objectives.

  • Comply with company policies, food safety standards, and workplace health and safety requirements.

  • Maintain professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all assigned duties.

  • Perform other responsibilities assigned by the departmental supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a relevant field corresponding to the preferred department.

  • Eligibility to undertake the 2026/2027 National Service programme.

  • A valid National Service PIN will be an added advantage, where available.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and work effectively in a team environment.

  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to continuous learning.
